At Pole Junkie, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in your pole wear. If your order isn't the perfect fit, you can return items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags and hygiene liners intact before starting your return.

  Visit our online returns portal to enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and attach the generated shipping label or include your return form inside the parcel.

  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at the designated courier point and keep your proof of postage until your refund or exchange has been processed.
