We recommend checking the specific size guide on each product page, as fit varies between brands. If you are between sizes, we generally suggest sizing up for comfort during high-intensity movement.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to pole dancers worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
What is your return policy for grip aids and accessories?
For hygiene reasons, grip aids, intimate wear without the original hygiene seal, and opened accessories cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
How should I care for my platform heels and boots?
To extend the life of your heels, avoid dragging the toes on abrasive surfaces. We recommend using platform protectors and cleaning the material with a damp cloth after each session.
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders placed before 2 PM GMT Monday through Friday are typically dispatched the same day. You will receive a tracking number via email once your package is on its way.
Can I change my order after it has been placed?
